If you`re a fan of cauliflower, you`ll definitely like this recipe. The idea belongs to my granny. They are easy to cook, delicious and tender. You don`t need much time to cook this dish. Meanwhile, it`s so tasty! All my family loves it. If you`re vegetarians or religious people, fasting each spring, add this recipe of cauliflower patties into the collection of your favourites.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients, starting with cauliflower. Peel it, wash and boil for 20-25 minutes.
  2. If you take the cauliflower apart, time of cooking will be shortened. Personally, I boil it for 10-15 minutes.
  3. When the cauliflower is ready, take it out from the pan.
  4. Mash it using fork and leave to cool. If you want, you may use knife or blender instead of the fork.
  5. Add spices and flour into the bowl and mix everything well. The dough should not be too thick.
  6. To make the taste richer, you may add garlic, basil, cilantro, cumin, marjoram or pepper.
  7. Use tablespoon to give your pancakes from cauliflower nice form.
  8. Fry them from both sides on the pan, lubricated with vegetable oil. Remember that they shouldn`t be too thin. Fry until they have this yummy crust.
  9. When the dish is ready, put the pancakes on the paper towel to get rid of the unnecessary fat.
