Quick Breakfast: Unsweetened Muffins with Cheese
Muffins shouldn`t necessarily be sweet! You`ll be surprised how tasty and easy to cook these breakfast muffins are.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Grate cheese on the coarse grater. Add 1 egg and mix everything well. Add yoghurt and chopped green onion.
- Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes.
- Lubricate the forms with the butter and fill them with the dough. Bake these small muffins for 30 minutes at 392 degrees.
- There should be about 12 muffins.
That`s it. You may experiment with the fillings. For example, you may add meat, more cheeses, olives and herbs into the dough. All these variants are really tasty!
