Quick Apple Pie

When there are almost no yummy ingredients and you don`t want to go to the supermarket, you may always cook simple apple pie for your family. All you need is several eggs, flour, sugar and apples. In several minutes you`ll feel a nice fragrant of homemade pastry in your kitchen.

  1. Wash apples and cut them into slices. Get rid of the core. Cut apples into small cubes.
  2. Break eggs and whip them, using mixer. Add the half of the flour. Mix everything carefully. Add the rest of the flour and knead the dough.
  3. Cover the form with baking paper. Lubricate it with butter and cover with apple slices. Pour the dough on the top of it.
  4. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Bale your pie for 30 minutes.

When your quick apple pie is ready, serve it with yummy ice cream and sugar powder.
