  1. Sift the flour through the sieve. Take eggs and butter out of the fridge. As for the butter, it should be very qualitative. Cut it into small cubes. Add it into the bowl. Salt all the ingredients.

  3. Find a powerful blender. Mix butter with the sugar until the mass is airy. Slowly add the flour.
  4. Mix everything for several minutes. Form a ball and cover it with the plastic wrap. Put the dough into the fridge for an hour. If you have enough time, leave it for 2-3 hours.
  5. Take the dough out of the fridge and divide it into 2 parts. Leave 1/3 of the dough to form the edges later. Put the rest of the dough on the table, covered with the baking paper. Flatten the dough.
  6. Put the dough into the tray, covered with another list of the baking paper. Now you may get down to forming the edges. Stick the dough with the fork. Preheat the oven to 392 F. Cook the dough for 20-22 minutes until the dough is light golden.

  11. Crush pistachios and decorate the surface of the tart with it. Leave this tart in the fridge for the whole night.
  12. Cooking jelly layer is even easier! Mix dry mass with the hot water. Leave it to cool down and cover the top of the tart with it. Add slices of the strawberry.
