This is a perfect breakfast for women and those who take care of their figure and health. This is an easy snack. In order to cook it, you`ll need your favourite vegetables and eggs. I prefer to use mushrooms, onion and pepper. This snack is very healthy and tasty. You may cook it for dinner or lunch However, it`s the healthiest variant of breakfast as there are a lot of healthy ingredients and vitamins.

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven filled with vegetable oil. Put cut mushrooms into it. Fry them for several minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add chopped onion and grated ginger. Then add sweet pepper. It should be cut into cubes. Fry everything, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
  3. Whip 3 eggs with salt and add them to the fried veggies and mushrooms. Add chopped green onion and lemon juice. Mix everything and take it off the fire.
  4. Put this mass into four forms. Break one egg into the middle of this mass. Try not to spoil the consistency of the yolk.
  5. Put these forms into the oven and bake them at 356 degrees. Cook everything for 10 minutes.
