Instructions:
  1. Preheat salty water in a pot. Add pasta into it and cook, following the instructions on the pack. Drain the pasta carefully and cover the pot with the lid.
  2. Preheat a large frying pan with a thick bottom. In the meantime, mix it with pepper and salt. If you like, you can add red paprika. Add oil into the pan and transfer the shrimp to the plate. Cook them for 2-3 minutes from both sides. They should be cooked through. Do not overcook the seafood so that the tender shrimp don’t become rubbery.
  3. Transfer the shrimp to the plate. Use the leftovers of the oil to cook garlic and onion. Add butter to the pan. Cut onions into thin slices, chop garlic. Sauté everything for 1-2 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  4. Pour in dry white wine. Reduce the heat and simmer everything for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add cream and cook everything for 2 more minutes. Grate hard cheese and top your dish with it. Do not let this dish boil.
  6. Taste the sauce and add more spices if needed.
  7. Serve the pasta with the sauce and tender shrimp on a large plate. Add more chopped parsley if needed.
