Instructions:
  1. First cook the dough. Mix cold dough with the flour.
  2. Add ice cold water. Stir in 1 raw egg. Add salt to taste.
  3. Mix the dough carefully and form a tight ball. Cover it with the plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
  4. Preheat the oven and cover your baking pan with the parchment.
  5. Roll the dough. Form and even circle. Transfer it to the baking pan and stick with the fork. In this case it will be easier for you to bake your meal.
  6. Cut tomatoes into thin circles. Arrange them ion the separate baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and spices to taste.
  7. Bake everything for 20 minutes.
  8. In the meantime whist 2 eggs and mix them with cream. Add chopped basil. Mix all the ingredients one more time.
  9. Take both trays out of the oven. Grate hard cheese. Top the dough with the half of the cheese. Arrange baked tomatoes on it. Pour over egg mass. Top everything with the leftovers of the cheese. Bake for additional 20 minutes.

Serve delicious French pie with the leftovers of fresh greens. Your dish will be very tasty. Bon Appetit!
