Quiche with Chicken, Spinach and Feta Cheese

Instructions:
  1. Sift the flour through the sieve and add it into the bowl. Add salt and sugar. Mix everything carefully. Cut cold butter into cubes and rub it with the flour, turning this mass into crumbs.
  2. Whip cold eggs and egg this yellow mass into the bowl with the dough.
  3. Form a tight ball and cover it with the plastic wrap. Flatten It and put into the fridge for an hour.
  4. Flatten the dough and form a circle. Put it into the form. Then you`ll need to put the form into the fridge for 30 more minutes (or into the freezer for 10 minutes).
  5. Cover the dough with the baking paper. Fill the form with dry beans and bake the dough for 15 minutes at 356 F.

  7. Cut chicken fillet into the pieces and fry them in the pan with the vegetable oil. You should also add chopped onion into the pan for the dish to be tastier and more fragrant.
  8. Add salt, pepper and your favourite spices. Wash and wipe spinach. Chop it and add into the pan as well. Stew everything for 2 more minutes. Cut feta into pieces. Add it into the bowl with the filling. Cook everything for 1 more minute.
  9. Fill the dough form with this yummy filling.
  10. Cook everything in the oven for 40-50 minutes until there is a golden crust.
