Quesadilla with Cheese and Chicken


This dish is a perfect combination of ingredients. The classical mix of cheese, chicken and tortillas will not disappoint anyone who tastes it.

  1. Chop onion. Fry it until golden-yellow on the frying pan with the small amount of oil.
  2. Cut chicken fillet into small stripes. Fry it on a big fire in the pan, filled with olive oil. Mix meat strips while frying. Then add tomato sauce, pepper and salt. Mix everything and keep it on the fire for 1,5 minutes. Then mix meat and onion.
  3. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. I prefer use Cheddar, but you may replace it with any hard cheese.
  4. Put one tortilla on the dry pan and cover it with grated cheese.
  5. Then put the layer of the filling and one more layer of cheese. Cover everything with the 2nd tortilla.
  6. Cook everything for 2-3 minutes from both sides.
  7. Cut quesadilla into 4 parts.
