Instructions:
  1. Peel pumpkin and get rid of seeds. Cut it into slices.
  2. Boil it in the salty water.
  3. Mash pumpkin with the blender.
  4. Add 2 yolks into this mass.
  5. Whip two whites into the froth and mix it with mashed pumpkin well.
  6. Lubricate baking form with vegetable oil and fill it with mashed pumpkin.
  7. Put chopped onion, parsley and grated cheese on the top of it.
  8. Bake it at 347 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
