Instructions:
  1. Wash pumpkin, peel it. Bake it for 25 minutes or cook in the microwave oven. Then you need to mash it, using a powerful blender.
  2. Melt butter. Whip it with an egg, salt and sugar.
  3. Combine egg mixture with the flour, pumpkin and baking powder. Mix the dough.
  4. Bake pancakes on the dry frying pan until ready. Fry them for 2 minutes from both sides.

Such a dish is very yummy, especially if you serve it with delicious cream and a cup of tea.
