Instructions:
  1. Peel the pumpkin, get rid of the seeds. Wash vegetable and wipe all the pieces.
  2. Add these pieces into the pan with cold water. Boil the vegetable for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the water. Mash bright orange pieces, using blender. Leave this mass to cool down. If you like, you may grate the vegetable or use the meat grinder.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking soda into the bowl. If you like, you may add cinnamon. Mix everything carefully.
  5. Slowly add the flour. There will be a bright orange mass in the bowl.
  6. Preheat the vegetable oil in the frying pan.
  7. Start cooking small pancakes. Fry them from both sides.

Leave your breakfast to cool down. Serve yummy bright pancakes with honey and seeds. If you like, you may add raisins or walnuts to taste. This dish tastes great in combination with the fresh milk. Bon Appetite!
