Instructions:
  1. Add baking soda into warm yoghurt. Leave this mass for 5 minutes.
  2. Add raw eggs and mix well.
  3. Dust half of the portion of flour.
  4. Now add green onion and cut boiled eggs into the dough.
  5. Add the rest of the flour into this dough. It should be thick like a sour cream.
  6. Cook puffs at the preheat frying pan. Serve them with the sour cream.

These puffs are a bit unusual as the stuffing is not inside. It`s the part of the dough, that`s why the process of cooking takes less time.
