Puff Pastry Sticks With Ham

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F
  2. Take a ham and cut edges.
  3. Slice the ham.
  4. Cut the slices into thin strips.
  5. Take the puff pastry dough. Note: the puff yeast dough is better for ham breadsticks.
  6. Roll out the piece of dough on the rectangle of 9.8*15.7inches
  7. Cut the rectangle into 0.7 inches strips
  8. Take a strip of ham and wrap a strip of dough spirally. Fix the edges on the top and bottom
  9. Make the same with all ham stripes
  10. Put parchment on the baking pan or grease a non-stick emulsion and place ham cakes.
  11. Add milk to the egg yolk and stir until combined
  12. Grease sticks with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  13. Transfer the sticks to the baking sheet
  14. Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
