Potato Stuffed with Bacon

  1. Wash potatoes and cut each one with the sharp knife. Be careful not to cut it up to the end. Bottom layer should be untouched.
  2. Cut bacon into thin slices and fill the holes with it. Add salt, spices and pepper.
  3. Put potatoes into the oven bag. Fix the edges and put it into preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Oven should be preheated to 374 degrees.
  4. Then you need to unwrap potatoes, lubricate them with the oil and bake for 10 more minutes.

Serve this dish hot. Don`t forget to decorate it with chopped herbs.

I really liked your recipe. And most of all, it doesn’t take much time. My dish turned out not as beautiful as in the photo, but very tasty. The potatoes were so soaked in bacon that it was very succulent.
