  1. First of all, you need to make a potato shell. Get several middle-sized potatoes, pill and grate them.
  2. Add 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of the sour cream into grated potato. Salt and pepper this mixture, stirring. Now your potato is ready to be baked.
  3. Cover the tray with a baking sheet. For the shell not to burn, lubricate the tray with vegetable oil. Now you can put potato dough into the tray. Bake it .for 15 minutes at 420 °F.
  4. While the shell is in the oven, you have enough time to prepare the filling. To begin with, chop the onion and garlic. They will give the meat juice and nice aroma.
  5. Preheat the frying pot and sprinkle it with vegetable oil. Add onion and garlic and fry gently for several minutes.
  6. Put minced meat into the frying pan, salt, pepper it and add some dill. Finally thicken the filling with a bit of flour. Fry it until the meat is ready.
  7. When you`re done with the filling, it`s just the right time to get the tray with potato shell out of the oven. Put it aside and leave to cool.
  8. You have a couple of minutes to mix cream cheese with sweat pepper. Prepare pepper beforehand, cutting it into small squares. Cheese mixture will be the first layer of the future roll. Butter the potato shell with it, trying to make the layer flat.
  9. The next layer is minced meat with the onion. Spread it and cover with grated cheese.
  10. Put brine cheese on the edge of the shell and start rolling. Cover this big “sausage” with the baking sheet and put on the tray. Now you need to put it back into the oven for 10 minutes at 420 °F. During this time cheeses will melt.
  11. You`re done! Get the roll out of the oven and call your family. This big and delicious roll tastes better while hot.
