Delicious potato pies with mushrooms or meat are very yummy and tasty. Today I will share with you an interesting vegetarian recipe for this dish.

Instructions:
  1. For cooking this dish you`ll need to prepare all the ingredients beforehand. Boil potato and mash it carefully.
  2. Leave potato mass to cool down and start frying the filling. You may use both wild mushrooms and champignons.
  3. Cut onion into thin slices. Cook it in the pan with the small amount of the vegetable oil.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms into this pan. Salt and pepper the vegetables. Add a pinch of ground cilantro. Cover the pan with the lid and stew vegetables for 5 minutes. Take the pan off the fire and leave this vegetable filling to cool down as well.
  5. Add spices into the pan with mashed potato. I do not recommend you to use milk or butter while cooking. When mashed potato is already cold, add one egg into the pan. Mash everything carefully.
  6. When the mass is already smooth, add 2 tablespoons of the flour. Knead the dough. It shouldn`t be neither too thick, nor too liquid.
  7. Flatten small “pancakes”. Put them on the table, dusted with the flour.
  8. Form a small hole in the middle of each pancake and add fried mushrooms into it.
  9. Then you may form nice pies.
  10. Preheat the frying pan with 2 tablespoons of the butter.
  11. Start cooking pies. You`ll need to fry them for 15-30 minutes.

Decorate each portion with fresh herbs  and pieces of butter. Bon Appetite!

I really liked the cake. But flour added more. I baked 20 minutes at 180. Beautiful fried did not work, it was necessary to hold it for another 10 minutes, but uncritically. To contrive and cut it off is really difficult, but the taste of the cake is excellent.
