  1. First, prepare all the ingredients. Beat pork from both sides.
  2. Cut this meat into stripes.
  3. Add salt pepper and mayonnaise.
  4. Mix meat with marinade.
  5. Cut the onion into half-slices.
  6. Peel garlic and cut it into thin circles.
  7. Now it`s time to cook the sauce. Chop the second half of the onion.
  8. Preheat the frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Fry onion.
  9. Cook it until it`s golden-yellow.
  10. Then add sour cream and stew it for several minutes.
  11. When the mass becomes thicker, add tomato juice. Stew it on the slow fire.
  12. When the sauce is thick, take it off the fire.
  13. Peel potato and cut it into thin slices.
  14. Chop greens.
  15. Start putting this pie in the form lubricates with butter. The first layer is marinated pork.
  16. Cover it with cut garlic.
  17. Then put onion on the top of it. Cut smoked lard into small cubes and put them on the top of the onion.
  18. Then cover everything with the thick layer of potato. There should be 2-4 layers of it.

  21. Cover it with 4 slices of toast cheese.
  22. Then you may add several thin slices of sausage.
  23. Add chopped greens.
  24. Finally grate hard cheese on the coarse grater and put it on the top of your big pie. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 356 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
  25. Bake until this dish is ready.
