Instructions:
  1. Chop herbs.
  2. Grate two big potatoes.
  3. Add greens and mashed garlic into the same bowl. Pour water into the same bowl and add flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix everything well.
  5. Lubricate your waffle iron with vegetable oil and put small portion of potato dough on it.
  6. Bake it for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Put hash browns on the plate and decorate with chopped herbs.
