  1. To begin with, peel the onion, wash it and cut it into thin circles. Chop the meat and cut the potato into small cubes. Coat the pot in vegetable oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 392 F.
  3. Fill the pot with the layers of onion, meat and potato. Add the spices and mushrooms.
