Pork Roll


This combination of pork and dry fruits may seem to be a bit unusual. Still, if you taste this dish, you won`t regret! This meal will be a bit spicy and very fragrant due to the presence of garlic. What`s more, if you cut it into thin slices it will look great and will easily become a part of your festive meal.

  1. Put dry fruits into the bowl and cover them with hot water. Leave them for 10 minutes
  2. Take fruits out of the water and chop them.
  3. Cut meat. You may see on the photo the way it should look. Beat it from both sides. Salt this meat.
  4. Put dry fruits on the top of it.
  5. Mash garlic and mix it with grated cheese.
  6. Roll meat and tight it with the string.
  7. Cover it with the several layers of the tinfoil and bake for 1,5 hour at 356-392 degrees.
  8. 10 minutes before finishing take it out, get rid of the tinfoil and then put meat in the oven again. At the end there should be nice golden crunch on the top of the roll.

This is perfect festive meal. You won`t waste much time on cooking this yummy meat, but the results will surprise you. Bon Appetite!
