Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
  2. The pork should not be too fatty, so you may need to trim it. Get rid of most of the fat, but leave some pieces of it so that the meat isn’t too dry. If you are using bone-in meat, do not get rid of the bone. As we’ve already mentioned, the meat will be tastier in this case.
  3. Now it's time to add spices. Add salt, pepper and dry herbs. Rub all these spices into meat for the pork to be fragrant and yummy. Transfer the meat to the pan.
  4. Peel and slice all the vegetables. Add them alongside the meat carefully. You may add more various ingredients (peppers, eggplants, zucchini).
  5. Pour in vegetable, chicken or beef broth. You can also add barbeque sauce and liquid smoke to make this dish even better.
  6. Place the pan with pork and veggies into the oven. Cook it for about 3 hours. The pork should be very tender. Check whether the dish is ready, using a fork. If you think that this dish is not ready, leave it for several more minutes until it is done.
  7. When you are ready, transfer the meat to the plate. Leave it to cool down and tear the meat into smaller pieces.
  8. You can use the leftovers of the broth and soft veggies later or serve them in a separate bowl as a soup. If you want the meat to be moist, leave it in this liquid. You can also add more liquid smoke if needed.

You can store this dish in the fridge for a week.
