Instructions:
  1. Cover mushrooms with water and boil them for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile you need to lubricate frying pan with the oil. Cut onion into thin half-slices and fry it.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. As soon as the mushrooms are ready, take another pan and put them into it. Add 100 ml of mushroom broth, fried onion and grated cheese. Beat it up with the blender, until smooth.
  5. Cover it with the lid and cook it on the slow fire for several minutes.
  6. Cut pork into steaks and beat.
  7. Take three bowls and fill them with whipped and salted egg, breadcrumbs and flour. Roll steaks in the flour then in the egg mass and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  8. Preheat the frying pan, filled with the small amount of oil. You may mix it with butter. Fry pork on the big fire for 2 minutes from both sides and then for 1 more minute again.
  9. If your sauce is too thick, add mushroom broth and heat it for several minutes.
  10. Serve steaks, covered with delicious sauce and chopped greens.
