I have big experience in cooking and always try to create something new. Still, I had lot of problems, not knowing how to make poached eggs. And now I`ve found the solution of this problem. I want to share it with you! Try to make nice soft eggs. There is nothing difficult in this process.

Instructions:
  1. Take plastic wrap and cut it into squares. Each one should be 6×6 in.
  2. Cover each square with olive oil (if you want, you may use vegetable oil instead).
  3. Put this square of plastic wrap into the tiny bowl and break the egg into it. Add salt if needed.
  4. Meanwhile boil water in the pan.
  5. Tight a knot on the top of this homemade bag. You may use special clip or string.
  6. Keep this bag in the boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
  7. When poached eggs are ready, take them out of the pan and leave to cool down.
  8. Take eggs out of these plastic bags.

There are a lot of poaching recipes, but this one is definitely one of the easiest. Serve this dish decorated with greens. You may also use it as a part of more complicated recipe.
