Pizza is one of the most unique Italian dishes. It may be cooked with any topping, you like. This simple dish is served in most of cafes and restaurants. However, you may easily cook it at home. Here is the simple recipe for pizza with mushrooms and salami.

  1. Sift the flour through the sieve. Add yeast and salt. Mix all dry ingredients. Add 3 tbsp of the vegetable oil and a cup of water. Mix the dough.
  2. Cover the bowl with the towel and leave the dough for an hour.
  3. Wash mushrooms and cut them into slices. Grate the cheese on the coarse grater. Cut tomato and salami unto thin slices.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Heat it and fry mushrooms in it.
  5. Dust the table with the flour and continue working with the dough. Form a big circle. Put the dough into the tray and cove it with the tomato sauce.
  6. Add fried mushrooms, salami, olives. Cover everything with grated cheese and decorate your pizza with the slices of tomato.
  7. Put the tray into the oven preheated to 392 F. Bake pizza for 10-20 minutes.

Take your pizza out of the tray and leave it to cool down.
