  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and spread with vegetable oil.
  2. Put one lavash on the sheet and cover with grated cheese.
  3. Pour mayonnaise on it.
  4. Put the second lavash on the first and cover with grated cheese again.
  5. Put the third lavash, so flatbread is not too thin and can not torn; the cheese will glue the lavashes.
  6. Spread the bread pizza with mixed ketchup and mayonnaise. Don’t forget about the edges of the pizza. Note: you can use sour cream instead.
  7. Slice the sausage.
  8. Cut the tomato into pieces.
  9. Put the sausage and tomato on the top of lavash.
  10. Cover it with grated cheese.
  11. Put ii into the oven, preheated to 356 F degrees and bake for 15  minutes
