Pistachio Ice Cream
Today I want to share with you one of my favourite desserts – pistachio ice cream. You`re sure to like its taste!
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Prepare nuts.
- Leave several pistachios for decoration. Grind the rest of them into the dust.
- Whip eggs with sugar until the mass is smooth.
- Preheat the cup of cream and add them into the bowl with eggs.
- Take another bowl and whip cream using a blender.
- Then you need to add the mixture of eggs and sour cream into this bowl. Mix all the ingredients carefully.
- Pour this mass into the ice cream parlour and wait for 40 minutes. You may also use silicone forms and freezer.
That`s it. Put this yummy dish into small bowls and decorate this dessert with nuts and mint leaves. Bon Appetite!
