Instructions:
  1. Mix milk with fat cream in the pot. Add vanilla. Put the pot on the stove and boil everything.
  2. Whip yolks with the sugar. Leave 1 tbsp of sugar.
  3. Slowly pour milky mass into the bowl with yolks.
  4. Fill the pan with this mass and heat everything one more time, stirring constantly. When it`s already thick, leave your would-be-ice cream to cool down and pour into the plastic form. Put it into the freezer for 3 hours.
  5. Don`t forget to mix everything from time to time, using a wooden spoon.
  6. Fill the pan with the fresh raspberry. Add 1 tablespoon of the sugar, 3 tbsp of water. Boil everything on the slow fire. Stir this syrup from time to time. Rub this mass through the sieve, getting rid of the seeds.

Add this pink syrup into the form with the homemade ice cream. Freeze everything for 2 more hours. Enjoy the taste of your dessert!
