Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Wash rice and boil it.
  3. Meanwhile, you need to chop the onion.
  4. Fry it until it`s golden-yellow.
  5. Add ground chicken. However, you may use any other type of meat.
  6. Add tomato sauce. It will change the colour of the filling and make It tastier.
  7. Fry all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
  9. Add spices to taste and mix everything well.
  10. When the rice is ready, strain it and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  11. Now you need to cook the dough. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt.
  12. Whip the eggs. Add mayonnaise.
  13. You also need to add yoghurt or sour cream.
  14. Mix everything well, add olive oil.
  15. The dough should be thick enough.
  16. Pour the half of it into the form. Cover the layer with the filling.
  17. Add the rest of the dough. Bake your pie for 30-45 minutes at 356 F. Check whether the dish is ready, using a toothpick.
