Pie with Rice and Meat
This yummy pie is very easy to cook. I usually use this recipe when I have no time to prepare something more complicated.

- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Wash rice and boil it.
- Meanwhile, you need to chop the onion.
- Fry it until it`s golden-yellow.
- Add ground chicken. However, you may use any other type of meat.
- Add tomato sauce. It will change the colour of the filling and make It tastier.
- Fry all the ingredients for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add spices to taste and mix everything well.
- When the rice is ready, strain it and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Now you need to cook the dough. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt.
- Whip the eggs. Add mayonnaise.
- You also need to add yoghurt or sour cream.
- Mix everything well, add olive oil.
- The dough should be thick enough.
- Pour the half of it into the form. Cover the layer with the filling.
- Add the rest of the dough. Bake your pie for 30-45 minutes at 356 F. Check whether the dish is ready, using a toothpick.
