  1. Cut red onion into thin half rings.
  2. Transfer them to the jar.
  3. Mix apple cider vinegar with a cup of warm water, sugar and salt in the bowl. Mix everything carefully until dry ingredients dissolve.
  4. Pour this liquid to the jar with onion.
  5. Leave it for an hour in the fridge.
