  1. Baking muffins with chocolate filling isn`t that difficult. Start by preheating the oven to 400 F and preparing your muffin pans. Lubricate them with the vegetable oil or melted butter.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in the pan. Mix dry flour with cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  3. Take another bowl and whisk 2 eggs in it. Stir in sugar or sugar powder. Whisk everything until this mass is thick and white. Now you can pour in warm milk and vegetable oil. Add a pinch of vanilla. Whisk everything one more time for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Now slowly stir in dry ingredients.
  5. Grate 1 bar of dark chocolate. Add chocolate shavings to the pan with the dough. Mix all the ingredients carefully. Be careful not to overmix the mass.
  6. Mow fill muffin pans with the chocolate dough. If it`s a bit lumpy, do not worry. In several minutes of baking everything will be okay.
  7. The most important part is to fill each muffing with tender Nutella. Use 1 teaspoon of this chocolate mass to fill 1 muffin. Cover the top of each muffin with the rest of the chocolate dough.
  8. Bake everything for 15-20 minutes. Check whether the dish is ready, using wooden toothpick.
  9. When you`re done, take the form out of the oven and leave your muffins to cool down. You can take them out of muffin pans on 20-30 minutes.

Transfer all the muffins to the plate and serve them immediately.

Here are several tips and tricks to make your dessert even better:

  •         Do not add too much flour. The dough shouldn`t be too thick. Stir in dry ingredients slowly, controlling the process.
  •         To make your dessert even better, add more grated chocolate on the top of each muffin before baking.
  •         You can also add condensed milk to Nutella while filling your dessert.
