Instructions:
  1. Melt chocolate slowly over the water bath. Add butter and strong coffee, mixing everything slowly.
  2. When the mass is smooth enough, take the pan from the oven.
  3. Fill large pan with cold ice and put the pan with chocolate mass on the top of it.
  4. Break eggs in another bowl and whisk egg whites over water bath as well. Add more sugar, rum and water. Mix everything for additional 2-3 minutes until this mass is creamy.
  5. When you`re done, remove the bowl from the heat. Add whisked egg yolks and ice cold water. Mix everything, thickening this mass. Combine it with chocolate mass.
  6. Add vanilla and continue whipping everything Be careful not to overmix this tender dessert!
  7. When you`re done, transfer this dessert to the bowl, dividing between several empty bowls. Leave them in the fridge for 3-4 hours. In this case your dessert will have perfect texture.

Serve this gorgeous dessert in glasses or bowls. If you like, you may top your dessert with grated chocolate or whipped cream.
