  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F. Lubricate baking pan with butter. Now you need to cook the crust. Mix chocolate wafer crumbs with soft butter. Flatten the layer of the crust in the baking pan. Bake the crust for 8-12 minutes. Remove baking pan from the oven and leave it to cool down.
  2. Fill the bowl with 2 cups of crushed chocolate. Melt it over a water bath until the chocolate mass is smooth enough. Set the bowl aside.
  3. Quickly whip 2 cups of the cream using a powerful mixer. It will take about 2 minutes for the mass to become smooth. Now add sugar and cocoa powder into the bowl. Continue whipping. Slowly add 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks. Add the rest of the cream and beat this mass for 10 more seconds.
  4. To make the filling for this easy chocolate cheesecake more fragrant, add melted chocolate and vanilla into the bowl. Beat this mass for 20 more seconds.
