  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into four pieces. Note: if the potato is not large, don’t cut it.
  2. Pour water into the pot, add salt and boil it.
  3. Put potatoes into boiling water and boil them for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain the water and cool potatoes.
  5. Put cooled potatoes in the container.
  6. Put the container with potatoes in the freezer for 1-2 hours (or overnight).
  7. Pour oil on the top of the baking sheet, put frozen potatoes into the tray and mix the oil with potato slices.
  8. Spread potatoes on the surface of the baking sheet.
  9. Put it into the oven, preheated to 428 F (220 C) degrees, and bake for 40-50 minutes until potato is golden brown.
  10. Put the baked potato on a plate, add salt and black pepper. Serve potato with dill and milled garlic.

This baked potato is a perfect side dish, that may be served with meat or vegetables. Frozen potato becomes soft inside and reminds the taste of mashed potato.
