Instructions:
  1. Take a large bowl. Whisk an egg. Grate hard cheese. Add 1 tbsp of it into the pan as well as dry Italian herbs.
  2. Dust working surface with the flour and kneed bread dough on it.
  3. Roll it carefully. Brush it with 3\4 of the egg and cheese mixture.
  4. Cut pepperoni inti thin slices. Put them on the rolled dough. Add the rest of grated cheese.
  5. Form tight roll. Put it on the baking tray, covered with the parchment.
  6. Cover this roll with the leftovers of cheesy mass.
  7. Bake this yummy dish for 20-35 minutes.
  8. Cut it into slices and serve it topped with tasty marinara sauce.

Serve it warm with additional bowl of the sauce. By the way, if there are no dry herbs in your kitchen, you can easily cook it. Mix dry basil with marjoram, thyme, rosemary and oregano. Blend this mixture and store in container.
