Pepper Stuffed with Meat and Rice
There are a lot of ways to cook stuffed pepper. Today I will share with you classical recipe. This combination of baked pepper, minced meat, rice and tomato sauce is definitely worth your attention.

Pell onion and carrot. Chop and grate vegetables. Fry them in the pan with the vegetable oil.
Mix rice with minced meat, half of the fried vegetables; add salt and pepper.
Wash red bell pepper. Cut off the top and get rid of the seeds.
Put pepper into the big pan.
Mix cream with sour cream in the bowl. Add tomatoes, broth and salt. Finally you`ll need to add pepper, the rest of fried veggies and bay leaves. Mix everything well.
Pour the sauce on the top of peppers. If you need, add more broth.
Boil everything for 40-45 minutes.
Serve everything with fresh bread.
