Pepper Stuffed with Meat and Rice
There are a lot of ways to cook stuffed pepper. Today I will share with you classical recipe. This combination of baked pepper, minced meat, rice and tomato sauce is definitely worth your attention.

- Pell onion and carrot. Chop and grate vegetables. Fry them in the pan with the vegetable oil.
- Mix rice with minced meat, half of the fried vegetables; add salt and pepper.
- Wash red bell pepper. Cut off the top and get rid of the seeds.
- Put pepper into the big pan.
- Mix cream with sour cream in the bowl. Add tomatoes, broth and salt. Finally you`ll need to add pepper, the rest of fried veggies and bay leaves. Mix everything well.
- Pour the sauce on the top of peppers. If you need, add more broth.
- Boil everything for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve everything with fresh bread.
