Instructions:
  1. Boil macaroni in the salty water until they are half-ready.
  2. Wash basil. Dry in and chop.
  3. Cook delicious sauce.
  4. Fill the pan with the white wine. Add cheeses, sliced into small cubes. Add cream and cook everything, stirring constantly. This mass should be rather thick.
  5. When it`s ready, add macaroni into the pan with this tender sauce. Heat and mix everything.

Serve each portion in the deep bowl. Don`t forget to decorate it with the basil before serving.
