Pasta with Spinach
Spinach may be eaten fresh or even cooked. There are a lot of recipes for yummy sauces, soups and salads made of these green leaves. Today I will share with you the recipe for delicious pasta with green sauce.

Boil pasta in the salty water.
Leave salad leaves for 2-3 minutes in the bowl with cold water. Boil them for 1-2 minutes. Wash, using cold water.
Cut spinach into strips. Mash it with 0.5 cup of the cream or milk.
Melt a piece of butter on the hot pan.
Add wheat flour. Fry it for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add mixture of spinach and cream into the pan. Add salt, herbs and nutmeg. Stew green sauce for 6-7 minutes, stirring from time to time. This sauce should be thick enough.
Drain pasta and put it into the deep bowl. Mix it with tender green sauce. Pasta should be covered with it.
If you like, you may add grated hard cheese to taste.
