Pasta with meat and tomato sauce

Instructions:
  1. Wash chicken fillet and wipe it using paper towels. Cut it into middle-sized pieces. Leave it alone and get down to chopping onion.
  2. Then you need to peel garlic. Fry onion in the preheated pan, lubricated with olive oil. Wait 2-3 minutes and fry the onion for 5 more minutes.
  3. Add minced meat and fry it for 5 minutes. Don`t forget to stir it from time to time. Open canned tomatoes and mash them. I recommend you to choose peeled tomatoes for the dish to be tenderer. Add them to the chicken. You may enrich the sauce, adding fresh or dry basil.
  4. Salt and pepper your sauce. Cook it on the slow heat for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook pasta. It may be half-ready.
  6. Mix boiled pasta with this sauce. Decorate the dish with fresh basil and serve.
