Instructions:
  1. Heat milk. Add sugar, salt and dry yeast slowly. Leave this mass for 10 minutes.
  2. Add vegetable oil, eggs and flour. Cover the dough with the plastic wrap and leave it for 30 minutes in the warm place.
  3. Mix the dough one more time and leave it for 20 more minutes.
  4. Preheat the frying pan and cook small pancakes. Fry them for 2 minutes from both sides.
  5. When your pancakes are ready, get down to cooking caramel.
  6. Mix cane sugar with water. Wait until this mass is golden-brown.
  7. Add 1 tablespoon of cream and mix everything carefully. Cook this caramel for 30 minutes until it`s thick.
  8. Leave the sauce to cool down. Add salt and mix everything carefully.
  9. Put all the pancakes on the plate and cover them with the caramel.
