First, whip eggs, using a whisk. Add sugar and salt. You do not need to make them too sweet, as they will be served with topping. Mix these ingredients well.
Add milk and mix everything one more time. Sift the flour through the sieve; add it into the bowl.

Serve this dish decorated with fruits or jam.
