Instructions:
  1. Peel onion and cut it into thick rings.
  2. Sprinkle them with the lemon juice and leave for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the flour with sour cream, salt, pepper and egg in the deep bowl. Whip everything until the mass is smooth enough.
  4. Wash dill and add it into the bowl. Mix everything carefully.
  5. Find the deep pot and fill it with the vegetable oil. Deep onion rings into the bowl with the egg mass. Then you may get down to frying. Cook each onion ring for a minute or two until it`s golden yellow.
  6. Get rid of the extra oil and serve this snack on the big plate.
