Onion chops

Today I prepared for you cheap and simple recipe. If you like onion, you must try to cook this dish. However, if you`re a real meat lover, you may try it as well: you won`t recognize this ingredient as chops are very juicy and tender.

There are many recipes of chops. They may be made of minced meat or onion. If you`ve tried all of them and want to cook something unusual, use onion. It should be cut into the tiniest pieces. So find a sharp knife. Do not use grater or blender instead. What`s more, you need to choose qualitative onion and prepare (or choose) tasty tomato sauce. If all the ingredients are good, you`ll cook yummy and fragrant dish.

Instructions:
  1. For cooking tasty chops, prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Peel the onion and chop it.
  3. Put it into the pan or a bowl and add semolina.
  4. Mix everything, using spoon or your hands. Add 2 middle-sized eggs.
  5. Salt and pepper this mass to taste.
  6. Preheat oil in the frying pan. It should be odorless.
  7. Mix all the ingredients well and leave this mass for 10 minutes for the semolina to start absorbing liquid.
  8. Divide this mass into equal parts and start forming chops. Fry them until there is a crust.
  9. Turn them over and continue cooking.
  10. When chops are ready, put them into the stew-pot or into the small pan.
  11. Cover them with tomato juice. If you don`t like its taste, add more salt. You may use homemade juice or simply buy it.
  12. Boil this dish, cover the pan with the lid and continue stewing for 15-20 minutes. Juice will become thicker and turn into paste. As for the onion chops, they`ll become soft, tender and very juicy.

They may be served warm or cold. Don`t forget to decorate this dish with chopped greens. Bon Appetite!
