Omelette with Broccoli and Carrot

Usually such a dish is made of eggs and milk. However, you may add a lot of other ingredients into the bowl with yellow mass. Today we`ll share the recipe for delicious vegetable dish, you may cook next morning.

  1. Grate carrot on the coarse grater. Cut onion into thin slices. Grate potato as well.
  2. Fry carrot on the pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Add onion and sauté vegetables for several more minutes.
  3. Then you`ll need to add grated potato and mix everything carefully. Stir everything from time to time for there to me yummy mass in the pan instead of the huge hashbrown. Add spices and salt.
  4. In several minutes add frozen or fresh broccoli into the pan. Nix everything one more time.
  5. Take a separate bowl and whip eggs with milk and salt in it.
  6. Pour this mass into the pan. Cover it with the lid and cook until the dish is ready. Cook everything until the dish is ready.
