Omelet with Mushrooms and Onion
Tender French omelet is really easy to cook. Each cook has its own secrets of cooking such a yummy meal. All you need to cook it is to find several free minutes and take eggs, mushrooms, onion and cheese out of the fridge.

First, you need to find fresh eggs.
Cut onion into small cubes or into half-rings.
Preheat the oven with butter and start frying onion. Mix everything while cooking.
Break 4 eggs.
Add cream or milk into the bowl. Chop parsley, grate cheese and add these ingredients into the bowl as well. Whip everything for the omelet to be tender and soft
When the onion is already tender, add sliced mushrooms into the pan.
Fry everything for 5-6 minutes, stirring everything constantly.
Add egg mixture and continue cooking your breakfast. Fry omelet until it`s ready.
