Nutritious Soup with Meat
This soup is both light and really nutritious. Combination of chicken broth and tender cream taste will definitely impress you.

Cook chicken broth. Wash meat and put it into the pan. Add 2.5 l of water. Boil everything. Cook your broth for an hour. Get rid of the froth from time to time.
In 40 minutes add bay leaf. When your broth is ready, take it out if the pan.
Peel onion and chop it. Wash carrot and grate it.
Preheat the frying pan with the vegetable oil. Cook onion and carrot in the pan. Wash potato and peel it. Cut it into cubes. Add the vegetable into the pan together with the fried vegetables. Mix everything and add all the spices.
Take a separate bowl and mix the flour with salt and eggs. Knead the dough and form small balls. Boil them until they are ready.
Chop parsley and add it into the bowls before serving.
