  1. To make this easy potato soup with bacon, you need to cook potatoes beforehand. Boil them in salty water until the vegetables are half-ready. If you want to make this dish more fragrant, bake the potatoes.
  2. In the meantime cook bacon. Fry it in a pan with a thick bottom until it is crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate.
  3. Prepare vegetables. Cook slices of onion and garlic in the pan with the leftovers of fat. Add dry oregano and basil. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Finally, you can get down to making the soup. Stir the flour into this vegetable mass in the pan. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Stir everything from time to time.
