  1. Mash spinach leaves using the mixer. Make a thick dough, using this green mass, eggs, flour, and salt. I recommend you to use food-processor. For cooking perfect noodles you`ll need to use a pasta maker. If you don`t have it, use the rolling pin to flatten the dough and cut it into thin strips with the sharp knife.
  2. When your noodles are ready, boil it in the big amount of salty water. If there are leftovers, put noodles on the tray and bake in the oven preheated to the minimal temperature with the door opened. Wait for several minutes, take the tray out of the oven and leave it for the whole night. Put dry noodles into the plastic bag and leave it in the dry and warm place.
