- Wash mushrooms and put them into the pan with cold water. Boil everything for 30 minutes. Then you need to strain water.
- Boil clean water in another pan. Add salt and potato, cut into cubes.
- Add olive oil into the frying pan. Heat it and cook chopped onion and grated carrot.
- When potato is ready, cut processed cheese into small cubes and add them into the pan as well.
- Boil everything for 5 minutes. Add fried vegetables, boiled mushrooms and salt.
