Muffin with Blueberry and Streusel
Today I want to share the recipe for amazing muffins. They are literary melting in the mouth!

First you need to cook streusel. Mix dry ingredients in the bowl. Whisk it until smooth. You may use hazelnut flour instead of almond. Cut frozen butter into small cubes.
Add dry ingredients. Mix everything until there is a fool bowl of crumbs. Cover it with the plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for an hour. If you`ve cooked too much streusel, you may leave the leftovers in the bowl for several weeks.
Mix baking powder with the flour. Take another bowl and mix cottage cheese with milk in it. If you need, you may preheat it in the microwave oven.
Add eggs one by one.
Mix dry ingredients with the mixture of cheese and milk.
Roll blueberry in the flour and mix everything, using the spatula.
Put the dough into the form, lubricated with butter and dusted with the flour. Add the streusel. I recommend you to rub it through the sieve. Bake everything at 356 F for 40-60.
When your muffins are ready, take them out of the oven and eat with a cup of string coffee or fragrant tea!
